
El-Hussein has around 45 years of experience in various fields of development planning, public finance, project management, economic empowerment, social reconciliation, peace-building and conflict management in fragile communities and war-affected areas around Sudan. He has significant experience managing large portfolios with grants up to $20 million and has worked and coordinated work with State and Federal Ministries for decades.
His previous work experiences include the World Bank, the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and professional experience in Yemen and Iraq. Additionally, he has postgraduate degrees in development planning and studied economic and social studies

Mekki is a visionary leader, civil servant and diplomat, prominent development practitioner and an expert on world trade. He has 36 years of experience in the civil service and diplomatic line through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and the Ministry of international cooperation as well as a stint at the Sudan Mission to the European Union. His work includes 7 years with the UNDP in Malawi and consultancies with the National Population Council, the Islamic Development Bank, the World Bank, Mamoun Beheiry Centre for Studies and Research in Africa and many others. As an experienced leader, he occupies previous and current membership in the boards of the Sudan Rural Development Company, Kenana Sugar Company and also the Sudanese Environment Conservation Society among others. As an expert negotiator, he also took part in high-level negotiations for Sudan’s accession to the World Trade Organisations (WTO) and led negotiations with the European Union on Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) under the Cotonou Partnership agreement.
He is also a former Undersecretary of Economic Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning. His postgraduate studies are in development studies and development planning and techniques.
We also work with a network of consultants who are subject-matter experts in different fields such as governance, project management, monitoring and evaluation, gender equality and others. We also work with sub-contractors and like-minded consultancy firms in Sudan when the need arises. The project teams will be tailored according to the needs of our partners and clients.

Ammar Hagar handles the creative side for the consultancy firm. As an artist, designer, illustrator and creative visionary, he has designed and curated magazines and print productions for Dal Group, Haggar Group, CTC Group and other companies and organisations and he has produced brand identities and products for many clients including UNDP, Al Salam Rotana, MTN and Goethe Institute. His work includes a brand manager position for Al-Barkal resort in Northern State and the production of Sky magazine for Badr airlines, a top Sudanese airlines.
He is a graduate of the College of Fine and Applied Arts at the Sudan University of Science and Technology.

Reem is a researcher, advocacy and communications professional. She has conducted research on the women’s movement and issues related to conflict, peace, land disputes and security with Safer World, USIP, the AWDF, Defend Defenders, Interpares and other entities. As a communications and advocacy expert, she has experience with the International Republican Institute, the Strategic Initiative for Women in the Horn of Africa, HoA Civil Society Network, UNICEF Sudan, WILPF among others. She is a former Nonresident Fellow at Tahrir Institute on Middle East Policy focusing on land, conflict, and resources in Sudan and is an authoritative voice on Sudan with dozens of speaking engagements on media outlets, international centers and universities. Her postgraduate degrees are in gender and migration and global diplomacy.

Mohamed Osman (PhD) is an experienced and accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with over 12 years of experience in humanitarian settings. He is an expert in emergency logistics, procurement, and team management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective logistics strategies and managing complex supply chains in crisis environments. He founded M & E Integrated Solutions in 2022 and his previous professional experience includes working with the World Bank and the African Development Bank Group in Sudan.
He has postgraduate studies in supply chain management and global logistics and teaches competitive undergraduate courses at Ahfad University for Women.
Additionally, he is internationally certified in Procurement and Supply Chain and in Logistics and Transport.
